  INSTRUCTIONS TO ALL STUDENTS REPORTED THROUGH CAP ROUND - II FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2011-12

 Dear F.E. Student,  

HEARTY CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU FOR GETTING ADMISSION TO THE FIRST YEAR ENGG, IN THIS COLLEGE FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2011-12  

WE WELCOME YOU TO THIS INSTITUTE

Please note following points, regarding Commencement of the Classes and accordingly, report to the college.

1) You are involved in division-H. The regular lectures & Practicals of your division “H” for semester-I, will be commencing w.e.f. 16th August 2011 (Tuesday) as per the time table displayed on our college website www.kitcoek.org . Accordingly, you have to report to the college on 16th August 2011, at 9.00 am & attend the classes regularly. The college working hours are from 9.00 am to 4.15 pm

 2) Your roll no, practical batch etc. will be displayed on our college website www.kitcoek.org on 12th August 2011. You can log on to this website & get necessary details before reporting to the college.

3) On first day, only first four lectures ( 9 to 1.30pm) of your division ( no practicals)will be conducted in class room No. L-22. of First Year Engineering Department.

4)Your division is involved in Chemistry Group

5) Requirements of Books, Notebooks, Drawing instruments etc.

    The detailed instructions regarding requirement of various Text Books, Notebooks and other things will be given to all students on first day of joining the college, in class rooms.

6) Requirement of drawing instruments and dress for workshop (Apron)

    All students have to purchase drawing instruments as per the list displayed on our college web site.  Also one blue colored apron is to be purchased for workshop practicals,   which is available in our college stationary store.

7) All students have to report their correct blood-group, which is required for college records.
