The student must pay the Hostel Fee & deposit at the of admission itself. The Hostel fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

The student will not be allowed to stay without payment of depoosit & fees.
|
|
Mess & Canteen charges must be paid in time. A student who fails to pay the above charges regurarly, will have to vacate the hostel.
|
|
Hostel deposit will be refunded to the student only after completion of degree course or an academic year on declaration of result.
|
|
Hostel Deposit Refund application will not be entertained without vacating the Hostel.
|
|
Hostel fees are subject to revision as & when administration or management feels it necessary.
|
|
All the refund applications must be submitted enclosing orriginal receipts with in eight days. Delayed fee refund applications will not be entertained & refund will not be granted.

|
The rooms will be alloted by Rector/Warden & can be changed by them at any time to maintain the discipline of the hostel.
|
|
The student have to stay in the alloted room itself.
|
|
The occupancy should not be changed without the permission of Rector/Warden.
|
|
The Principal/Management/Rector has the authority to see & check the rooms at any time.
|
|
Main gate will be kept closed in the night during 10:00 p.m to 6:00 am.
|
|
No functions or celebration should be organised in the hostel without the permission of rector or principal.
|
|
In case of theft /quarrel, the case shall be reported to the police station after the permisssion of the principal.
|
|
After completion of the term/examination the student has to hand over the charge of the room to the warden alongwith contents.
|
|
